New Coronavirus restrictions?
In a matter of days the terms “stay at home” and “social distancing” started trending.
While it is wise to keep our bodies in safe distances in order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, our minds can run wildly and safely in any direction.
So, put a nice cup of coffee or tea, take your notepad and a pen and start “downloading”.
Start by asking yourself questions like:
- how can I turn this problem into a blessing?
- how can I take advantage of the urgency and motivate myself do what I’ve been postponing for years?
- what am I grateful for right now?
- what would I love to do when we leave this problem behind?
Remember, your mind will work on ANY “assignment” you decide to focus on. Turn off the news and turn on your inspiration!
