The word “crisis” comes from the Greek word “κρίση” (crisi) that actually means “judgement”.
So, by definition, a crisis is not a time to feel worried or fearful but a time of reflection and realignment!
Mass media, starving for your attention, will do their best to convince you otherwise but this is the time you need to muster all your discipline and focus reserves.
All you have to do right now, is to use the practices I am sharing with you daily and climb the emotional scale.
Once you reach a higher perspective, you can reflect upon your life and business, your beliefs, your habits, your successes and your failures.
And when, through this rare and laborious process, you see a higher more powerful version of yourself, the crisis will be over!
